EPS has complete custom solutions for your Bacon processing needs including the state-of-the-art FAVA GIORGIO AXEL automated Bellie Combing/Decombing system. FAVA systems are custom-made to your current production needs and are designed with expandability. The TFRC Cartesian robot system safely & efficiently transfers loaded bars onto trees after they are combed at 8 combs per minute. Once the Bellies are processed, they are automatically transferred to the decombing station to be automatically decombed and conveyed to further processing.
